ABOUT US

We are a family run business established in 1999 and based in Worcestershire in the Midlands. We pride ourselves on caring about our customers and because we are a small company we are well equipped to do this.

We believe that we are better than any other pool company because we know about the products that we sell and can advise customers based on our knowledge and experience. We are intrerested in helping our customers not just ‘shifting boxes’.

We are Corgi and Offtec registered and so are available to offer advice and guidance on your heating requirements.

We have installers available to install the products that we sell requiring setup or installation.

We have no tie ups with specific manufacturers which means we can recommend products based on the customers specific requirement rather than only offering machines or products that benefit us.

We always strive to help our customers and if we are ever unable to help with a certain product or service we will always recommend someone that can.

OFFICE HOURS

Monday - 9.00am to 5.30pm
Tuesday - 9.00am to 5.30pm
Wednesday - 9.00am to 5.30pm
Thursday - 9.00am to 5.30pm
Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm

We are also available most Saturday mornings between 9.00am and 12noon.
We have an answerphone service should you wish to call us outside these hours.
